“We filed our green card application ourselves in 2018. After waiting for 3 long years, we are shocked to know that our applications were denied by the USCIS. We were worried before we called Mr. Lhachoepa. He calmed us down and assured us that we need not have to worry. He explained to us the reason why our case was denied and the legal strategies we will pursue.  Our application is back in process now and he gave us regular updates.  He charged us a very reasonable fee considering the denial notice we received. We recommend that you hire Mr Lhachoepa for your immigration needs.”

“I heard about attorney Lhachoepa through a friend. I hired him to petition for my mother to get a green card. My case is complex because my mother has overstayed her visa. Mr Lhachoepa explained to me all the process. Also, there was a problem with my birth certificate to prove my relationship but he asked me to collect the right documents and now the problem is solved. He calls me regularly to give update on document collection and worked extra hard for my petition to be success for no additional fees. I highly recommend him to anyone who need help with immigration matters.”

“I am a permanent resident and hired Mr. Lhachoepa to file a green card petition for my husband. Although this petition takes a long time to be approved and a visa number to become available, my petition was approved in two months and, in another two months, a visa number became available for my husband. Mr. Lhachoepa saw the pitfalls in my case and proactively got me ready to mitigate those pitfalls. He quoted a flat fee upfront and did not charge me a dime more even though more work needed to be done in my case.”
